- The ring creates a hinge in-between the lead system and the hooklink which is designed to allow the rig to lay correctly on the bottom
- The smaller version Size 11 PTFE COATED RING SWIVEL, is perfect for making hinged stiff rigs. It can also be used on helicopter rigs to great effect
- The PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) coating is a synthetic polymer which has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid
- This makes it the perfect coating for our swivels as it reduces friction between the barrel and swivel eye, allowing them to rotate freely which reduces tangles
- The PTFE RING SWIVELS will be added to our range of end tackle and will not replace our existing RING SWIVELS selection
